Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown - The Loop Hotel

I came here for 1 night and had a very nice stay. Overall clean property, it had nice location and staff. I enjoyed the room with double beds.

I appreciated every detail about my really really nice 2 nights stay here. Booked table at Market, it's their onsite restaurant. Everything was simply perfect.

I had good 3-night stay here!

The hotel was original, had good views and excellent location close enough to Millennium Park, downtown and attractions and transportation. The staff were excellent, helpful, would have extended the stay.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had perfect location and rooms...

The hotel was clean and perfect, had stable wi-fi. Appreciated central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area in the room. We were there for 2 nights and had dinner at pizza restaurant.

We didn't like the bed, it was not so comfortable.

This comfortable, fairly clean property has plentiful continentalbreakfasts and courteous staff. I do recommend it for those who want an original place.

We had a really nice stay and did n't feel like leaving. There were fashionable rooms with double beds, drinks plus a great bathroom.

Every detail was great and I appreciated it. Large room, luxurious bathroom. This hotel was located in a central area. Pizza restaurant served a great selection of delicious food. Beautiful facilities and the pool was amazing.

Their staff were rather noisy.

It was clean inside. The bedrooms were big. I greatly enjoyed the very very good variety at breakfast. Lovely location, near Millenium Park as well as train, yet the area was quite poor. Had quick check-in experience and the staff was very pleasant.

The views were very limited.

Really kind staff, well decorated room, bed was exceptionally comfortable. Historic style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Only a short distance to the nice beach. The venue was fabulous and the pizza restaurant was great. My stay here was best.

The hotel was located right by the downtown, attractions and transportation and the river walk. Also, the property was within walking distance of a tall skyscraper. Breakfast with surprisingly good coffee and continental options, as for instance.

The beds were soft, and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were all dog friendly, polite service.

Charming hotel, quiet location, luxury bathrooms. We loved the room : it was bright and large. Staff tried to be accommodating and made our stay good. There was a nice bar with great service. We had easy check-in on arrival❤

I had a fabulous stay at this quiet hotel. The continental breakfast I ordered was extensive! Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the city.

My stay was nice, would stay again and again. I loved the place, it was very tidy & the staff were helpfull. Location was quite comfortable, 12 miles to Midway International airport, perfectly reachable. Breakfast offered variety of food and was such wonderful. Top-notch hotel and helpful service.

My stay was such great here. The property was fairly clean and exceptionally comfortable. Perfect view, a great balcony, very comfy bed, too. The service in the property was fantastic too. Also, it had parking nearby.

Location is super comfy and personnel is attentive.

AWESOME location and the hotel is very clean. Visited many places, as it's really close to Washington subway station. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a writing desk inside the guest room were handy. In addition, private parking was a big bonus.
